UPDATE: Vermont hunter discovers human remains
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Update - 3:37 p.m.:
Vermont State Police have found more bones near where some were found Friday, and are awaiting test results to see if they match a young man who disappeared in 2006.
Detective Lt. J.P. Sinclair says the bones found today are believed to have been from the same person whose skeletal remains were found Friday, and likely had been spread by wildlife.
Sinclair says it is likely to be a few days before police can determine if the bones are those of Nathan Currie of Charleston, who was 18 when he went missing in July of 2006.
He says a team of about 15 detectives and others found the additional bones Saturday while combing the same swampy area where a hunter discovered remains on Friday

A Vermont hunter has found the remains of a human body in northern Vermont, near the Canadian border.
Vermont State police say the race, age and gender of the remains are unknown, but they are conducting a full investigation and more detailed search on Saturday.
Police say that they will be able to determone if the remains belong to missing Vermonter, Nathan Currie, after further DNA testing.
CBS 6 called Greenwich police, who say they have not spoken with Vermont State Troopers to discuss the remains possibly belonging to Jaliek Rainwalker.
