A man and a juvenile are facing burglary charges in Rensselaer County.

A neighbor witnessed the two entering a Pennsylvania Avenue residence in East Greenbush at 11:22 this morning, according to the East Greenbush Police Department.

Police say, they noticed an open rear door and entered the house.

Both male subjects were found hiding in separate rooms.

Randy Weaver, 20, of East Greenbush was arraigned and sent to Rensselaer County jail. He is charged with a felony, second-degree burglary, and several misdemeanors.

The juvenile was a 14-year-old male and is charged with second-degree burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
