Body recovered in Lake Luzerne drowning

Rescue crews recovered the body of Jesse Lyon in the Hudson River Thursday morning, according to Bud York, Warren County Sheriff.

Lyon, 20, of Idaho was reported to have gone into the water late Sunday afternoon in the area of Rockwell Bridge .  His body was recovered about two miles down stream from where he went in.

The Idaho native had been in this area training at Naval Nuclear Prototype Electrical Plant in West Milton, although his was not on official duty Sunday when he drowned.
