Arrest, confession in Queensbury break-in

QUEENSBURY -- A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the burglary of a Queensbury home, according to the Warren County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Brandin Bates of Richardson Street in Queensbury returned to the crime scene as they were investigating. Bates later confessed to breaking into the home and damaging the inside.
He’s been charged with burglary and criminal mischief -- both are felonies.
