Three Windham men arrested on heroin charges

Green County Sherriff arrested three Windham men on heroin charges during a routine traffic stop.

Peter Steinherr, 19, Blaine Partridge, 19, and Peter Cominos, 20 were all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to police.

Police also charged Partridge with criminal possession of stolen property for a stolen street sign and criminal possession of a weapon for a knife.

All three were arraigned in Cairo Town Court and remanded to Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
