Porco Moved to Fishkill
Convicted murderer Christopher Porco was moved out of Albany County Wednesday morning. Porco was escorted out around eight in the morning and was transported to Fishkill where he will be processed. In a few days he will be assigned to a maximum security jail somewhere in New York state. Albany County Sheriff Jim Campbell says Porco's demeanor did not change overnight after he was sentenced.
Campbell said, "You would expect him to be more active for lack of a better word, but all he did during the past four months was read, sleep, eat, play board games with the other inmates on the tier, and that was it."
He says even after his sentencing Porco was quiet, reading a book until midnight and then slept soundly until corrections officers woke him up around seven Wednesday morning.
