Porco Day Six

July 6, 2006 - 11:28 AM

More testimony in Goshen Orange County Thursday in day six of the Christopher Porco murder trial.

On Wednesday, the jury saw graphic pictures of the crime scene from the night of the attack.

A visibly shaken Christopher Porco turned his head when photos of his fathers body were shown in the courtroom.

Also on Wednesday, a key ruling from the judge regarding evidence was made public. Judge Jeffrey Berry barred the prosecution from showing a lengthy taped interview with Christopher Porco conducted by police shortly after the killing. The judge says Porco should have been given a chance to consult with his lawyer, who was at police headquarters that night.

Christopher Porco is accused of killing his father and trying to do the same to his mother inside their Delmar home back in November 2004.
