Bed and breakfast, notorious for swinger parties, to sell to highest bidder

If you feel like placing a bid, you could soon own the Union Street Bed and Breakfast in Schenectady -- famous, of course, for its swinger parties.

Owner Bob Alexson says he'll auction off the 8,000-square foot business. It will include all the sex equipment inside.

Alexson says he hasn't gotten any offers close to his $270,000 asking price, so he's selling it to the highest bidder.

Controversy has surrounded the B-and-B since local residents discovered Alexson was holding after-hours swinger parties there.
