VIDEO: Paladino gets into angry argument with CBS 6 political analyst
UPDATE: Dicker, speaking on Fox News’ America’s Newsroom, denied allegations of bias in his reporting and said he has written “fair stories” about both gubernatorial candidates Andrew Cuomo and Carl Paladino.
Dicker denied egging on Paladino Wednesday night. When Paladino first came in, Dicker said he asked “nicely” about allegations.
Dicker also said Paladino misrepresented a story the New York Post ran over the weekend about Paladino’s daughter.
Dicker said he has been swamped with calls since last night’s incident. He even got a call from Donald Trump, Dicker told his Talk 1300 radio audience Thursday morning.
Beyond that, Dicker was asked by the Post to not speak further about the incident, he told CBS 6.
In a statement issued by campaign manager Michael Caputo noontime Thursday, Paladino said, "We believe [the Post's] conduct puts Carl Paladino's daughter in harm's way, susceptible to kidnapping or sexual predators. This behavior by The New York Post and their senior political editor Fred Dicker is unacceptable. Endangering the safety of a 10-year-old child is repugnant."
He continued, "Sadly, while Fred Dicker may be on the payroll of The New York Post, his outrageous bias toward Mr. Cuomo is demonstrated again and again through his coverage of this campaign. Every political reporter and observer in the state knows his bias."

BOLTON LANDING -- Aides had to separate New York Republican candidate for governor Carl Paladino from a reporter during an angry exchange before a speech.
New York Post State Editor Fred Dicker on Wednesday night asked Paladino to provide proof of his claim to the Politico blog that his opponent, Democrat Andrew Cuomo, had extramarital affairs.

Cuomo is divorced from Kerry Kennedy, Robert Kennedy's daughter.
Paladino said he would provide proof "at the appropriate time" then accused Dicker of being biased for Cuomo.
Paladino criticized Dicker because a Post journalist recently went to the home of Paladino's young daughter.
Paladino, who is married, admitted fathering the child out of wedlock.
The Republican raised the question of Cuomo's fidelity in a blog just hours before Paladino was to speak to the state Business Council.
A spokeswoman for the newspaper did not immediately return a telephone message requesting comment.
