How will seniors fare under Obama's health care plan?

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama is doing another town meeting on health care today as he keeps up the drumbeat for an overhaul.

This one's a call-in town hall, sponsored by AARP, so naturally the president expects questions about how his plan would affect seniors.

Obama's already struck a deal with drug makers to close part of the so-called "doughnut hole" in Medicare drug coverage.

Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says lawmakers may not be ready for floor votes before their summer vacations, but Obama's not going to let the issue slide.

In fact, Obama plans to continue his out-of-town stumping tomorrow in North Carolina and Virginia.
