Massachusetts Governor Pays Off Super Bowl Bet

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick is paying off the bet he made with Governor Spitzer for the Super Bowl.
Patrick wagered seafood dinners and Boston ice cream on the New England Patriots beating the New York Giants. Spitzer put up food from Dinosaur Barbecue and New York cheesecake.
With the Giants pulling off the upset earlier this month, Patrick is sending his Bay State goodies to a New York food bank. Spitzer's office says the food will be delivered this week.
The name of the food bank isn't available.
