Breslin takes on Martland in debate

ALBANY -- Long-time Democratic State Sen. Neil Breslin took on his primary challenger in the 46th District Wednesday night.
He and Luke Martland debated at the College of Saint Rose.
The candidates for the district, which covers Albany County, covered topics like the budget, taxes, job creation and corruption and unethical behavior in the Senate.
