ALBANY -- The New York State Lottery is expected to announce its newest $1 million winner from Fulton County Thursday morning.

The state's first winner of the $1,000,000 Cash Blast instant ticket is a working mother of two from Northville, Fulton County. She is the first Fulton County Lottery player to win a prize of $1,000,000 in 2009, the Lottery says.

The check presentation is scheduled to take place at the New York Lottery headquarters Thursday morning.
