Worker at state group home arrested for filing false incident report
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A 29-year-old worker at a state home for the developmentally disabled has been arrested for lying in an incident report after a resident at the home was injured.
Joseph Sabo of Argyle, an employee at a state home for the developmentally disabled in the town of Fort Edward in Washington County, is charged with felony first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Sabo filled out an incident report that included false information after an incident at the home resulting in a resident being injured.
Sabo knew the incident report would be filed with the state, said investigators.
Sabo was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Fort Edward Court on April 21st.
