Call it the lucky little Lottery shop in Halfmoon: Stewart's Shop on Route 146 has produced its second Lottery millionaire of the year.

The New York Lottery will award a $1,000,000 scratch-off prize to a Halfmoon retiree Wednesday morning at Stewart's, where earlier this year, Pamela Fitch of Mechanicville won her million-dollar Big Bucks instant ticket.

Fitch herself will be at the event to present the over-sized prize check.
