Halfmoon man arrested on rape charge

A 40-year-old Halfmoon man has been charged with first-degree rape for forcing an acquaintance into sexual intercourse.
State Police at Clifton Park say Sheldon Leveille forced an acquaintance to have sex with him at his Andrea Court home on August 26th.
Leveille was arraigned in the Town of Halfmoon Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
