Garbage trucks slides off the road in Clifton Park

Slippery roads were to blame for an afternoon accident involving a County Waste garbage truck.
The truck got caught in the slushy road along Route 9 in Clifton Park sending it off the road and into a ditch, according to a County Waste employee on the scene.
The driver of the truck was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Troy with serious injuries.
