Comments 0 | Recommend 0

The Warren County Sheriff's office says that the wife of accused contractor Edward Orminski turned herself in to police.

Police had been looking for Debra Eves, 44, since the arrest of her husband on July 11th.

The sheriff's office started its investigation into 59-year-old Edward Orminski of Brant Lake back in April. Deputies say Orminski accepted money to build a house -- but never to complete the work and never paid suppliers for materials he used.

The victim lost over $40,000 as a result.

Eves is charged with Grand Larceny; she was released with a Parker admonishment and is due to return to the Town of Horicon court at a later date.

Orminski made his $20,000 bail the same day the was arrested.
