Albany Marriott hosts 'Superbowl' of food
It was not the average Sunday at the Albany Marriott on Wolf Road - foodies were in the building.
Thats because ballroom was the site of the 18th Annual Culinary Cornucopia, and event in which 15 of the finest restaurants in the Capital Region gathered to strut their culinary stuff, for a good cause.
The tickets were $150 each, and the night included dinner samples from 15 restaurants, a "super-silent" auction, and awards for the finest foods served - and it was all to benefit Living Resources, and organization who promotes assistance for the disabled.
Food-loving-folk and restaurant owners alike packed into the ballroom for a night of fun, food, and good fortune.
