LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- If you're a Capital One customer, you may be getting a visitor soon.
The credit card company recently updated their customer contract. According to the Los Angeles Times, the new contract includes language indicating that the company can stop by your home or workplace; "we may contact you in any manner we choose" and that such contacts can
include calls, emails, texts, faxes or a "personal visit."
A lawyer who spoke to the Lost Angeles Times says it may seem invasive, but because it is a private company, it does not violate the 4th amendment.
