NEW YORK CITY -- A SUNY Oneonta graduate who lost his brother in the September 11 attacks rang the opening bell on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Jay Winuk is the co-founder of an organization called "My Good Deed," which strives to make 9/11 a National Day of Service. Winuk's brother Glenn, also a SUNY Oneonta graduate, was a volunteer firefighter working in his law office near Ground Zero when he gave his life on 9/11 to help save people trying to get out of the burning World Trade Center.
