POTENTIAL WINTER STORM WEDNESDAY INTO THANKGIVING

There remains considerable uncertainty in the track and intensity of an anticipated coastal storm from Wednesday afternoon through early Thanksgiving morning, but confidence is increasing for a storm to bring accumulating snow to much of the region which would cause travel difficulty.  Details on amounts and timing will become more clear over the next twelve to twenty four hours.  Keep up to date on the forecast.

ALBANY -- New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's Office is now out with its list of the top consumer complaints for 2013, specific to the Albany area:

1. Mail Order (including online orders):   328 complaints
2. Credit (debt collection):    219  complaints
3. Mortgages:    212  complaints
4. Home Improvement Contractors / Construction:    170 complaints
5. Services:     144 complaints

The AG's Office tells CBS 6's Dori Marlin, it has had a good success rate of resolving these complaints, and that's why it always encourages consumers to file one if they feel they've been victimized.
