Illium Cafe opens Tuesday; Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to start hiring

TROY -- The Illium Cafe will hold its grand opening next Tuesday, Sept. 7, it announced Thursday.

The business, inside the Cannon Building at 5 Broadway, has been undergoing renovations as it prepared to open under the new ownership of Anthony Criscone.

Those interested in working for another new business coming to Troy this fall, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, will also be able to start applying on Tuesday.

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que says it will be hiring for all hourly positions, including: servers, bussers, hosts, take-out counter, bartenders, barbacks, security, food runners, maintenant (cleaning), line cooks, prep cooks, smokehouse personnel and dishwashers.
