NYSP probing death, fire in Delanson

Information firefighters shared with CBS 6 News early Sunday morning regarding a body found in the debris of a fire in Delanson is now part of a new release from the New York State Police.
Police have not identified the person who died and do not say how that person died. An autopsy was scheduled for today. Police say the body was found in a pick-up truck that had been inside a four-car garage at 1132 Thousand Acres Road.
Police said the cause of the fire is being investigated by state and county fire investigators and the New York State Police.
Firefighters received the call Saturday at 9:08 p.m.
