Thousands of National Grid customers remain without power Wednesday  after storms rolled through the capital region Tuesday night.

According to the National Grid website, the majority of customers still offline are in Saratoga County where they are reporting nearly 1,500 customers are without power.  Charlton is one of the areas hardest hit in the county where 747 customers are without power, and according to the website power is not expected to be restored until 11:59 pm.

National Grid also reports that Warren and Washington counties have around 500 customers without power.  In those counties power is not expected to be restored until 7:00 pm.
