Lawsuit Filed Against Shen Teacher Accused of Abuse

The Shenendehowa teacher accused of molesting eight boys is now facing a lawsuit. Two of the boys parents have filed a suit seeking unspecified damages against 32 year-old Christopher Culver. Investigators say Culver began abusing the boys in school back in 2002. Culver is facing a 49 count indictment and is out of jail on 50 thousand dollars bail. He could spend 20 years behind bars is convicted.
