County Fair Jumps on the Money-Savers Bandwagon
Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Columbia County Fair has announced that their Advanced Ticket selling program will start about a month earlier than normal. Gate tickets will be the same as last year, $10 and $12 on Sunday.
If you buy your tickets in advance they are $8 everyday. Fans of the Fair can buy their tickets now at First Niagara Bank branches, Agway in Chatham, Millerton and Claverack, local Price Chopper stores as well as Hannford in Red Hook, Valatie and East Greenbush. They are also available online at: www.columbiafair.com, by mail using a personal check, but only available until August 15th due to mailing and processing times.
Angelo Nero, Fair Manager, said "We always have discounted tickets, but this year we want to give everyone plenty of time to take advantage of this terrific savings. With prices skyrocketing, we're all looking for ways to save a dollar or two and tickets to the Fair are no exception."
Opening day for the Fair is Wednesday, August 27th at 5:00 PM. The rest of the days, with the last day being Labor Day, open at 10:00 AM.
