UPDATE: Car runs into Schenectady County boathouse

NISKAYUNA -- Aqueduct Road was closed for an hour Thursday morning after a vehicle accident there.
According to Niskayuna police, a driver ran off a curve in the road at 6 a.m., hit a retaining wall, then hit a boathouse by the Rexford Bridge on Route 146.
One person was in the building but not impacted by the crash. The boathouse sustained minor damage.
The male driver sustained minor injuries. He was ticketed for imprudent speed and improper lane change, police said.
