Albany County Public Health Service: Albany County received a new shipment of H1N1 vaccines this week and will be sent to OB/GYNs and pediatricians. There are no plans at this point to schedule flu clinics.

Fulton County Public Health Service: Fulton County has already offered clinics for pregnant women and currently all of the vaccine has been used.

Rensselaer County Public Health Service: Rensselaer County has not yet received a shipment of H1N1 vaccines, but expects them to arrive shortly. When they arrive a clinic will be held for priority groups, which of course includes pregnant women.

Warren County Public Health Service: Warren County will hold H1N1 clinics for pregnant women and high priority category on November 11th, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Queensbury Middle School, November 12th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Warrensburgh High School, and November 13th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Adirondack Community College.

By appointment only: (518) 761-6580

Washington County Public Health Service: Washington County received a shipment of H1N1 vaccines, but do not have at this time. They have been getting and distributing the H1N1 vaccine and the thimerosal-free H1N1 vaccine for pregnant women in limited amounts. Providers, including Planned Parenthood and the County Wick Office, are notified by Washington County so that they can refer pregnant patients to them.

Washington County is holding three community clinics on November 9th, 16th, and 23rd for the three top priority groups: pregnant women, children six months to eighteen years of age, caregivers, and household contacts of children less than six months old. The clinics will be open from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on all days and are by appointment only.
