You Paid For It: Hundreds of Commissioners

It's crowded at the top -- at least in the New York State government.
Records I recently obtained from the state Controller's Office indicate there are hundreds -- that's right, hundreds of commissioners, assistant commissioners and deputy commissioners -- and almost everyone one of them is making a six-figure salary that you pay for.
