UPDATE: Hoosick St. in Troy back open after crash

UPDATED 1:55 p.m.
The eastbound lanes of Hoosick St./Route 7 between 15th St. and Burdett Ave. in Troy are now back open after a crash earlier closed the road at around noon.
There are no delays, the Department of Transportation says.
