Ex-Albany detective pleads guilty to child porn possession
ALBANY -- A former Albany detective who was a key witness in the city's "ghost ticket" investigation earlier this year has pleaded guilty to federal charges of child pornography possession.
Stanley Nadoraski, 41, admitted to visiting child pornography websites between April 2008 and April 2009, accessing them both for free and with payment, according to federal prosecutor Andrew Baxter.
He was arrested at his Colonie home in a raid in April.
Nadoraski is scheduled to be sentenced March 1 at 10:00 a.m. He faces up to 10 years in prison and faces a fine of up to $250,000.
Nadoraski was released pending his sentencing.
