Scanner Chatter: Man shot in Albany

Albany Police are investigating a shooting at 189 Colonie Street Friday morning where one man was shot in the rib cage area, according to Albany Public Safety spokesman Det. James Miller.
Miller says two suspects fled on foot towards 123 Livingston Avenue.
No word on the victims condition.
