Police: Repeat offender charged with two counts burglary
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Albany Police say they have charged a repeat offender with Burglary.
Justin Riley, 16, is facing two burglary charges, after police say on November 22nd he broke into Cranesville Block, pried open a Pepsi vending machine, and stealing an electronic digital scale.
He is accused of breaking into the same business on December 7th, and stealing another scale.
Previously, Riley had been charges with Burglary and Grand Larceny, after he broke into the Shelter Skate Shop on Commerce Ave. and in Early November, and stole more than $3000 worth of merchandise. He was placed on probation after that incident.
