John Broderick, of Nicholville, NY was in Montgomery County Court today on sexual abuse charges.

Broderick was arrested in February of 2007 for sexually abusing multiple children of the same family, according to a police report.

The report also stated that Broderick was close to the family and considered their spiritual advisor.

Broderick was in County Court today and his case is currently with a jury. The trial will resume at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
