A four year old boy fell out of a moving train, and is surprisingly ok.
The Warren County Sheriff says that it happened yesterday on the Upper Hudson River Railroad in North Creek.
Police say the child was traveling with his family but was sitting alone near an open window.
The train rocked back and forth, the child fell forward and then went head first through the window tumbling onto gravel.
Luckily the conductor saw him and was able to stop the train.
The boy only suffered minor injuries.
