According to military officials, he was piloting the army aircraft when it went down somewhere Southwest of Baghdad on Saturday. The military is calling the cause of the crash "possible hostile fire." Moshier is a 1998 graduate of Bethlehem High School and a 2002 graduate of West Point. He leaves a wife and 10-month-old daughter in Texas. A scholarship fund has been set up at Bethlehem High School in his honor.
