Gas Station Robbed in Schenectady

According to Schenectady Police, a suspect that robbed the JP Gas Station at 281 Altamont Ave. in Schenectady tonight is still on the loose.

Lt. Brian Kilcullen tells CBS 6 that a little after 8 p.m. a female clerk at the station was held-up at gunpoint.

Police received a robbery call at 8:16 p.m., after the suspect had fled the scene on a bike.

The amount of money stolen is unknown at this time.

The clerk was unharmed during the robbery.

The suspect is said to be a black male wearing a grey hoodie, mask, black t-shirt, jeans and timberland boots.

Police are still looking for that suspect.
