Fultonville sex offender arrested for not updating info

Montgomery County Sheriffs arrested a level-three sex offender today for failing to verify his information every 90 days.
Gregory A. Duesler, 49, of Fultonville was convicted of possessing child pornography in Sept. 2007.
He was arraigned in the Town of Glen Justice Court and remanded to Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $5000 cash or $10,000 bond, according to a statement by sheriffs released earlier.
