Seven arrested, drugs and $6.5K seized in Warren County drug bust
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Seven people were arrested at a Queensbury home Monday night during a drug bust, the Warren County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
Police also seized from 383 Luzerne Road 18 grams of crack cocaine and $6,500 believed to be proceeds from drug sales.
Arrested were:
- 18-year-old Joseph Mendolia of Brooklyn on two counts of felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- 43-year-old Tammie Ann Ringer of 383 Luzerne Road, Queensbury, on felony first-degree criminal nuisance for permitting her home to be used for drug transactions
- 49-year-old Bruce Hyrny of Glens Falls, on third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- 51-year-old Terry Coon of Queensbury, on third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- 27-year-old Heidi Ann Breault (a.k.a. Heidi Ann Ryan) of Queensbury, on third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- 21-year-old Ashley Wood of Queensbury, on one misdemeanor count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of first-degree loitering
- 37-year-old Moses Hunter of Queensbury, on first-degree loitering for coming to the home for the purpose of purchasing cocaine while the police were searching the residence. Hunter was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving to the house with a suspended driver's license.
Hunter was released with an appearance ticket. The remaining defendants were arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility on lack of bail.
