Thousands of H1N1 shot spots still available in Albany County

As of 1 p.m. on Friday, about 2,400 appointments were still available.

ALBANY -- Albany County is ready to give up to 4,500 residents an H1N1 vaccine for free.
The county announced is will be holding a clinic on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Times Union Center. The clinic is by appointment only and recipients must meet certain criteria.
- Pregnant women
- Health care and emergency medical services personnel who have direct contact with patients or infectious materials
- Anyone who lives with or provides care for infants under 6 months old
- Children ages 6 months to 4 years old
- Children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 whose medical conditions put them at high risk for the flu
