Albany Police are investigating an incident on Central Avenue Thursday afternoon.  Police say they received a call from a man at 400 Central Avenue that his neighbor had pointed a rifle at him following a dispute.

Police blocked the apartment complex while they search for the man, but came up empty.  A short time later he was spotted by officers at Madison Avenue and Grand Street.  No gun was found when he was questioned.
