Albany Police are continuing to investigate a shooting on Lark Drive Thursday night.  Albany Public Safety spokesman James Miller tells CBS 6 News that they have no new information from last night's shooting in front of181 Lark Drive because the victim is not being cooperative with police.

Miller says Rasheen Robinson, 20, was shot in the back around 7:45 Thursday night and was taken to Albany Medical Center with injuries considered to be non life threatening.

Police say they believe a shotgun was used to shoot Robinson, but say no witnesses have come forward.
