The Ulster County Sheriff's Office is investigating a 2 car accident on route 213 in Eddyville.

Devin Griffiths, 26, of Kingston was traveling west on Route 213 when his Jeep left the roadway.  His car struck a ledge where it flipped over at least twice before striking a another car going east driven by Nancy Rusoo of Rosendale.  A motorcyclist Kent Calhoun, 50, of New Paltz was traveling west on Route 213 as well and upon seeing the accident lost control of his motorcyle and slid across the road. 

Griffiths was brought to Kingston Hospital for evaluation.  Calhoun is being treated for a shoulder injury at an unknown hospital. 

The police are continuing to investigate.
