Light to Moderate Snowfall Through Friday Morning - Bitter Cold Friday Night

Light snow will overspread the region through the morning hours leading to slick roads and subsequent slow travel conditions.  Expect an average of 2"-5" of snow through the early afternoon on Friday with pockets of 6"+ in the Mohawk valley, Lake George - Saratoga Region, Adirondacks, VT, and the northern Berkshires.  Strong gusty wind and bitterly cold air will follow the snow for Friday night and Saturday with -15 to -25 degree wind chills developing.
