Saratoga man hits the jackpot

A 26-year-old South Glens Falls man is a millionaire, according to New York Lottery officials.
The Saratoga Co. man, who has yet to be identified, became an instant millionaire after purchasing a Smooth 7s instant ticket and hitting the jackpot.
The winner will be awarded his over-sized prize check at the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway in Saratoga Springs.
