UPDATE: Route 7 re-opens in Rotterdam

UPDATED 12:30 p.m.
ROTTERDAM -- Route 7 in Rotterdam is open again after it was closed between Augustine Avenue and Route 158 this morning after a crash, the New York State Department of Transportation said.
The crash happened at about 1 a.m., but crews were on the scene well into the morning.
The DOT had recommended the following detours: Eastbound Traffic should take Route 158 to Oak Street, to Floral Avenue and back on Route 7. Westbound traffic should take Route 7 to Augustine Avenue, to Irene Street to Route 158.
