According to NCMEC, 13-year-old Megan Rogers went missing in Shepherdstown, WV, and could be in the Albany and Delmar areas in New York state.

Police say the girl may be in the company of an adult male, possibly traveling in a gray 2001 Nissan Sentra with New York license plate EDP2644.

Megan Rogers was last seen with her hair highlighted red, and may be wearing her hair in a bun. Her ears pierced.
