Marci Natale

Reporter

Marci Natale joined CBS 6 News in June 2005 as a Reporter. Born in Amsterdam, she is happy to call the Capital Region home.

Marci has worked as a television reporter since 1999. She landed her first on-air job while still in Graduate School at Boston University. Marci credits WVII in Bangor, Maine for providing her first big break while she was an intern.

"After allowing me to experiment on-air for a few weeks, they hired me!"

Marci remained in Maine for three years, moving on to WABI-TV (CBS).

She says, "Maine is a wonderful place to live, work and vacation in the summer!!"

At CBS 6, you can see Marci on the anchor desk, weekend mornings and reporting most weekdays, beginning at 5pm.

She says her first love is reporting, "Being out on the street provides me with the opportunity to meet so many interesting and wonderful people. I sometimes have to remind myself, this is a job!"

Marci is very involved with the community. She co-hosts the Arthritis Foundation Telethon and works closely with the American Red Cross. When not on air, Marci likes to golf, travel and spend time with her family, friends and dog, Sergio.
