Voting machine malfunction in Fulton County
A malfunction in the voting machines has caused some issues in Fulton County.
An election official there told Teresa Priolo some marked ballots wouldn't scan yesterday.
While those votes will be counted by hand, there’s no word on exactly when that will happen or how many ballots were affected by the malfunction.
The 23rd Congressional District is currently under an impoundment order -- and that means the votes can’t be counted because they remain behind a locked door.
That election official told Teresa there are about 6500 total voters in the 11 affected districts -- all of whom are in the towns of Bleeker, Broadalbin, North Hampton and Oppenheim.
